Our products are primarily made from natural stones, jade, agate, imported Czech beads, imported seed beads, and crystals. Since each natural stone has unique patterns and textures, it's impossible to replicate the exact appearance of each product. We strive to preserve the overall style, but slight imperfections and color variations are normal.
Due to the special blessing added to certain bracelets, any bracelet that has been specially blessed cannot be returned. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products.
