What if my bracelet has a quality issue?We stand behind the quality of our products. If your bracelet has a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will offer an exchange or repair, or provide a full refund, depending on the situation.

Can I request a custom bracelet?Yes, we offer customization services! You can contact us with your preferences for stones, size, or design, and we’ll do our best to create a personalized piece just for you. Please note that custom orders may take extra time to complete.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

What materials are used in your jewelry?We use high-quality natural materials including gemstones like agate, jade, lapis lazuli, as well as imported Czech beads, crystals, 925 silver, and Agarwood. Each piece is handcrafted, and because we use natural stones, slight variations in color and texture are to be expected.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?Yes, we offer beautiful packaging with each bracelet purchase, making it perfect for gifting. If you’d like special gift wrapping, please let us know at checkout, and we’ll happily provide that service.

Are all your bracelets handmade?Yes, all of our bracelets are meticulously handcrafted. Each piece is made with care, making every bracelet unique. Minor imperfections and subtle differences are normal due to the handmade process.

How do I care for my bracelet?To keep your bracelet in the best condition, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh environments. Store it in a soft cloth bag when not in use, and avoid contact with perfumes or lotions. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and beauty.

How long will it take to receive my order?Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I track my order?Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?We accept returns or exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects or quality issues. However, bracelets that have been specially blessed or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-defective returns, you can contact us within 7 days, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
